• Competitive Compensation: $130K–$150K base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus

• Partner with Division CFOs, operating company management, and corporate finance teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close
• Review and analyze quarterly and annual financial and management reports for the division
• Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance on complex reporting issues
• Lead ad-hoc accounting and operational projects that drive efficiency and value
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls across reporting processes

• Education:
  
  BS in Accounting; CPA required
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including public accounting
• Industry: Manufacturing experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong technical accounting knowledge, SEC reporting expertise, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
