What You’ll Do- Provide relationship-centered care to older adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia
- Offer support with personal care (bathing, dressing, cueing, ambulation)
- Create calm, structured days through activities, companionship, and routine
- Prepare simple meals and ensure safety in the home
- Be a steady, supportive presence for both the client and their family
- Work as part of a professional care team that includes oversight and guidance from dementia care experts

Overnight ShiftsFor overnight shifts, caregivers are expected to remain awake, alert, and actively engaged throughout their shift to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients. Responsibilities during overnight shifts include performing regular check-ins, assisting clients as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation of care and observations.
Requirements- 6+ months of dementia or caregiving experience (family or professional)
- Reliable availability:
Set, consistent schedules (e.g., Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday) including one ongoing weekend day - Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Proof of work eligibility in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Eligibility to register with the IDPH Health Care Worker Registry
- You’ve worked in memory care, senior living, or private duty home care
- You’ve been trained in Teepa Snow’s PAC approach
