Responsibilities
  • Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/recipe. Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple station within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to your manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

  • Proactivity and self-organization
  • Ability to manage through substantial workload
  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within given time to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to accurately monitor wastage
  • Flexibility (different shifts – night, weekends, holidays)
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pastry/Bakery preferably with large production volume
  • Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times.
