Front Desk Agents We are looking for friendly, reliable Front Desk Agents for all shifts, with availability Friday through Sunday, to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
Check guests in and out and assist with their requests.
Answer phone calls and provide hotel information.
Post room charges, balance accounts, and complete daily reports.
Handle guest concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
