Summary

Elevate your career as a Client Server Support Analyst by joining our dedicated IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining an array of hardware and software systems. With your adept skills, you will tackle challenges head-on, providing support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, IP telephony equipment, and servers. Your contributions in client-server infrastructure, desktop management automation, and virtual environments will be vital in optimizing our technological assets and ensuring a robust infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced hardware support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IP telephony equipment, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Demonstrate desktop management automation skills to efficiently perform basic hardware support for servers and appliances, including encryption management servers, anti-virus servers, web filtering, and reporting servers.
  • Implement and maintain software solutions with a focus on desktop management automation, image management, and patch management, ensuring compliance and optimization of resources.
  • Exercise your expertise in software license management to manage and track software licenses.
  • Provide exceptional Citrix/terminal services client support and manage virtual desktop environments to ensure seamless integration and high availability.
  • Implement and manage security solutions including anti-virus, anti-malware, and desktop/laptop encryption, ensuring the security and integrity of data.
  • Configure wireless clients and provide operating system support for Windows 10 and beyond, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support Active Directory by performing basic-level functions and services and collaborate with network administrators to ensure seamless integration and optimization.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware and software support.

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and beyond).
  • Demonstrated experience in desktop management automation, image management, and virtual desktop management.
  • Working knowledge of Citrix/terminal services and Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
  • Experience with encryption management servers, anti-virus servers, web filtering/reporting servers, and ITIL best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance remote and in-person responsibilities in a hybrid role.

Salary Range

$58,200-$87,400
