HubSpot Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a Hub Spot Marketing Specialist to help clients implement, optimize, and enhance their existing Hub Spot Marketing Hub environments. We work with many customers supporting their digital marketing initiatives with Hub Spot as the backbone for success. These clients need an expert to refine data integrity, strengthen automation, and ensure version control across assets.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on with Hub Spot, detail‑oriented, and enjoys improving marketing operations through automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Hub Spot Portals for clients, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
• Manage and track versions of Hub Spot assets (emails, landing pages, workflows, templates) to maintain consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Hub Spot solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide Hub Spot best practice guidance.
• Support and train staff on new Hub Spot features and process updates as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience with Hub Spot Marketing Hub.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience maintaining consistency and version control across Hub Spot assets.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience optimizing Hub Spot post‑implementation.
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics.
• Understanding of B2B marketing or sales processes.

The US‑based salary range for this full‑time position is $60,000‑75,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
