As a Senior Word Press Frontend Developer (FED), you will create modular, high‑quality frontend solutions using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to translate client requirements into technical approaches, ensuring scope, budget, and quality targets are met.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to manage time estimates and deliverables accuracy.
• Review design and technical approaches for best practices in UX, accessibility, and performance.
• Create compelling, user‑centric solutions that inspire and meet business goals.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, properly integrating them into projects.
• Contribute to standardizing processes to ensure high‑quality work across the team.
• Mentor and guide junior FEDs on best practices.

• 4–5 years of experience building Word Press sites.
• Strong familiarity with page‑builder tools such as Kadence Blocks and Elementor.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, progressive enhancement, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, PHP, and Word Press core concepts (themes, plugins, custom post types, taxonomies).
• Solid understanding of WCAG, accessibility approaches, and best UX/UI practices.
• Experience working in a source‑control environment (e.g., Git). Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in page‑speed and rendering efficiency testing and remediation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media Design, Web Design & Development or related certification.
• Nice to have: experience with Woo Commerce, Gravity Forms, and active participation in Word Press community.
