Join a forward-thinking team driving enterprise-wide transformation through advanced analytics and AI. As Sr. AI Manager at Honeywell Process Technology Solutions, you will shape and execute the strategic vision for AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment. You will lead a team of AI scientists and engineers—directly or through matrixed structures—while cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. In close collaboration with business stakeholders, you will define requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions that convert structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decisions and solving high-impact business challenges.

You will report directly to our Sr Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, Des Plaines, IL, Rosemont, IL, or Atlanta, GA locations on a hybrid work schedule.

For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite  this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling innovative solutions that contribute to business growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE6+ years of relevant experience in Data analytics, AI or related technical activities.
6+ years of experience in or understanding of AI tools such as MS Azure, OpenAI, Vertex, AWS (Bedrock, Sage Maker) or equivalent.

Strong leadership and management skills including ability to effectively lead cross functional teams. Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Experience in or understanding of different analytics trends like predictive models, AI/ML and genAI.WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or another related field.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).Highly proficient in Microsoft office;
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Proactive, detail-oriented, with high regard for quality and consistency of communication, and able to present concise plans and ideas to executive level.

Experience with large-scale data analytics and governance initiatives.

Experience and ability combining the latest GenAI building blocks such as prompting techniques, agentic frameworks, RAG, data science, data engineering, and limited software development fundamentals. Technical experience in SQL, T/SQL, No

SQL programming, and database objects.

Experience in technical product or project/program management with a focus on driving adoption and business impact.

Demonstrated record of on-time and on-budget delivery.

Critical thinking and understanding of business processes, technology, systems, and tools.

Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; end user experience mindset, a self-starter able to work independently.
