Entry-Level Supply Chain Data Assistant

• Collect, organize, and maintain supply chain and logistics data from internal systems and reports
• Assist with recurring reports related to shipments, inventory, orders, delivery performance, and other operational metrics
• Review data for accuracy and investigate basic discrepancies or missing information
• Use Excel to organize data, identify trends, and help prepare reports for the operations team
• Track shipments, orders, inventory, and other supply chain activity to help maintain visibility across the operation
• Work with members of Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, and other departments to gather information and resolve data questions
• Support special projects and other analytical assignments as you become more familiar with the business

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Intermediate Excel knowledge needed - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Internship or relevant experience preferred, not required
• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Eager to learn
