As a Management Trainee, your primary role is to act as the Assistant Manager of the site and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will learn the ins-and-outs of day-to-day car wash management, develop leadership skills, gain an understanding of the financials, and participate in solving our most pressing problems.
In 6-12 months, a Management Trainee should be ready to transition into a General Manager role. The following description represents the responsibilities of a General Manager.
