Hourly, Full-Time

Shift: 3rd Shift, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (expect 8–12-hour shift commitments)

Role Highlights Assist operators with machine operation, staging, and basic troubleshooting

Read and follow work orders and machine instructions

Conduct quality checks and record findings

Maintain machine cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks

Champion safe work practices at all times

Help monitor and reduce material waste to achieve production goals

Demonstrate dependable attendance and willingness to work full, extended shifts

Training & Growth Hands-on training provided

Ongoing learning to qualify as a Machine Operator Qualifications Knowledge  of safe work practices and PPE use Basic math proficiency; comfortable with measurements (tape measure)
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset

Ability to read, review, and understand work orders

Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Mechanical inclination is beneficial

Preferred Experience /Proficiencies Heavy material handling

Forklift licensed

Packaging experience

High School diploma or GED Manufacturing environment experience
