This is a part or full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is in search of a Bridge Kids Director to lead our Bridge Kids ministry at our next campus - from birth through 5th grade. This leader will work alongside the Bridge Kids team to develop and execute vibrant, age-appropriate programming, cultivate loving environments, and ensure safety and fun for kids and families alike. They’ll cast vision, equip volunteers, and build engaging weekend experiences.
Our Bridge Kids Director is passionate about shaping foundational faith in children. They’ll lead creative curricula, design experiences tailored for various ages, and partner with parents in spiritual discipleship. This role demands excellence and warmth, combining administrative savvy, volunteer development, and deep care for families.
