Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Medsurg night shift position requiring an IL RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

• Work in a Telemetry/Med Surg unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week travel contract assignment
• Floating required to other medical/surgical and telemetry units
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Team members must be comfortable floating and adapting to different units
• May require additional onboarding documents including drug screen, health testing, and vaccination records

• Active IL RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Med Surg
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• NIHSS certification required
• Workplace Violence Prevention certification (DCI/BVP) required, which can be completed online
