Base pay range

$37.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Registered Nurse (RN)

RN Requirements
  • Active Nursing License as required by the state
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
  • Positive relation with residents and visitors
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism
  • Energetic, professional, and reliable
Responsibilities
  • Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies
  • Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
