We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about women’s health and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role offers flexible scheduling with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, making it a great fit for professionals seeking work-life balance.

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for procedures, including abortions.
• Provide compassionate post-operative care, including discharge instructions and emotional support.
• Start and manage IV lines in coordination with Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure smooth patient care.
• Handle emergency situations professionally and calmly.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment to maintain high standards of care.

• MUST have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• MUST have at least 6 months working in women's health
• MUST speak Spanish
• Strong compassion and empathy for patients, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience in emergency clinical care is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work Wednesday in the city and Friday and Saturdays in our Des Plaines office as well as being able to adapt to clinic needs.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 an hour

Schedule:

Wednesday – Western/Diversey location;
Friday and Saturday – Des Plaines location
