The RN - Cardiac Rehab provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care. It involves maintaining current competency, collaborating with colleagues, promoting safety, supervising staff, and ensuring thorough documentation.

• Deliver evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centered care
• Guide and support nursing team members
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations
• Continuously develop professional skills
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment

• Minimum one year of nursing experience; critical care preferred
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Effective communicator with leadership abilities
• Active Illinois Nursing license
• Current CPR certification; ACLS within six months of hire
