FS​/QA Technician

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician in Desplaines!

• Monitors CCP (critical control point) and temperature records; follows up or escalates as necessary. Completes internal food safety audits and prepares samples for microbiological testing.
• Maintains quality assurance filing system. Investigates customer complaints and maintains and makes recommendations for improvement for the facility’s traceability system.
• Assists in internal and external audits.
• Facility Hygiene:
  Supports with pest control management and completes pest control audits. Assists in monitoring and makes recommendations for improvement for the facilities cleaning schedule. Maintains records for facility hygiene.
• Maintains records for employee training and retains and track renewals for food safety certifications. Delivers food safety training as necessary.

• Competitive Pay $22.00 - $23.00
