Food Server - TEN (VIP) (Part Time)

Walk‑In Interview Wednesdays: every Wednesday from 12 PM – 2 PM at 2500 E. Devon Ave. Free parking and shuttle from the Rosemont Blue Line Station.

• Provide service to all casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of customer service.
• Know the menu items, specials and prices.
• Possess complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
• Pick up empty glasses, dishes, silverware and return them to the proper area.
• Assist in the preparation of drink orders as required (icing glasses, garnishing drinks).
• Work in the assigned area, take drink orders, present drinks to customers, accept payment and give change when necessary.
• Handle any guest’s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure thorough communication between shifts.
• Comply with all departmental rules, side‑work assignments and departmental procedures.
• Perform all other duties specified or assigned.

• 1–2 years of guest‑service experience, preferably in a gaming/hospitality environment.
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop and twist while serving.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
• Cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, with a neat, clean, well‑groomed appearance.
• Must attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training and adhere to cut‑off procedures.
• Ability to communicate with team members and guests.
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre‑employment process and maintain all licensing requirements.
• Flexible shift and day availability, including holidays.
