• Directly supervises service team members, including servers and bussers, to ensure smooth floor operations.
• Assists managers with scheduling and adjusting staffing levels based on real-time guest volume.
• Coaches team members on service techniques and assists with onboarding new hires.
• Greets every guest with a smile and is courteous.
• Must be upbeat with excellent conversational skills in a fast pace environment.
• Completes floor chart and assigns stations and side work.
• Inputs all guests in Quick Que Table Management System.
• Verifies player status in Kanomi.
• Ensures all closing duties are completed.
• Ensures excellent guest service.
• Participates in departmental meetings as required.
• Promotes the Casino through good will and positive attitude.
• Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
• Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Knows the menu items and prices.
• Keeps rotation sheet filled out, tracking server's guests.
• Assures that all guests are seated at clean, properly set up tables.
• Helps servers and bussers when not seating guests.
• Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic.
• Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Handles any guest's complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensures thorough communication between shifts.
• Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
• Performs other duties specified or assigned.

• Requires 1-2 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage service or previous supervisory experience.
• Understands and complies with all company/departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Effective at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to communicate by telephone.
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, sitting, twisting, bending, & lifting.
