The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, assists in deli customer service, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized sales floor.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, and safe handling/disposal of hazardous materials; reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues to promote customer satisfaction.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment sanitation, cold chain procedures, area cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.
• Supports broader team goals and promotes the Company’s products and services.
