CJ Logistics is responsible for the North America region, specializing in solutions for regulated industries such as food and beverage, consumer-packaged goods, healthcare and medical supplies, and tire and automotive.

This role is primarily focused on account management, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the identification of growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional service.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and revenue within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments, accurate documentation, and timely updates.
• Track account performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve service and strengthen client relationships.
• Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status, performance metrics, and any relevant insights.
• Act promptly to address operational issues, shipment delays, or service disruptions, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Keep clients informed about new services, industry trends, and company updates to maximize engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, communications, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
• Follows established communication protocols and maintains professional interactions.
• Travel up to 10% of the time to CJ Logistics America locations or customer sites.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned or required.

• 2+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or a related customer facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to be client-focused with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the freight brokerage or logistics industry is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with freight operations and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
