• Perform security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual rounds.
• Coordinate facility response to potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce policy and procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement.
• Follow guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace and environment of care.
• Work with the Environment of Care committee to promote a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety.
• Participate in employee awareness and education.
• Drive as needed for company business.

• Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• State Driver’s license upon hire.
• Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $18.12 to $26.25.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
