This role involves traveling to various locations to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of RVs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, brakes, and HVAC, and is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable service to keep our customers safely on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for RVs, addressing issues related to engines, brakes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
• Inspect RV components and systems, performing routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair needs and providing accurate estimates for time and cost.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Maintain a well-stocked, organized mobile repair unit, ensuring all tools and equipment are readily available for repairs.
• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RV mechanic or similar role, with strong knowledge of RV systems and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of issues, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently.
