Store Delivery Driver

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. This role involves being outdoors and serving customers through deliveries, with potential for growth within the company.

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle through safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

• Love to work independently, enjoy driving (safely), and engage with customers face to face
• Take pride in your work, stay focused on safety and reliability each day

• Are a student or retired and want flexible scheduling

• Physical ability to reach shelves, stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and returns
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License

This position offers an hourly pay range of $15.45. Pay progression is available for many hourly positions; top pay may be reached within 12 months of hire. Starting pay for other positions depends on skills and experience. We value the unique contributions of each team member and encourage discussion during the interview process.
