Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Training Shift: 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM (for 2-3 weeks)

What You'll Be Doing- Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic freight pick-ups and deliveries
- Communicate daily assignments to drivers via phone and email
- Track, update, and manage shipment information using Outlook and Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure on-time service
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely and accurate updates
- Input data accurately and maintain shipment records

WhatYou Need to Succeed
- 1-2 years of prior experience in local trucking dispatch or logistics operations
- Strong computer skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and fast, accurate typing
- Solid understanding of the Chicago metropolitan area and its geographic layout
- Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal proficiency in English
- A team‑focused mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
