Operations Representative

CJ Logistics Americas is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Representative to be a central part of our logistics team. This role thrives on managing complex tasks and ensuring every shipment moves smoothly from start to finish. Base pay range: $56,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Schedule:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.

• Track & Trace:
  Monitor transit, ensure timely delivery, and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
• Schedule & Coordinate:
  Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Resolve Issues:
  Identify potential delays or problems and escalate to the appropriate team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage Data:
  Input and maintain all shipment details and appointment information in our transportation management system (TMS).
• Provide Support:
  Handle administrative tasks, respond to inquiries, and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with Confidence:
  Serve as a key point of contact for carriers and customers, delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.

• Experience:
  
  1–2 years in logistics, transportation, or a related field; track-and-trace operations or appointment scheduling experience is a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes:
  Dependable, proactive, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
