Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Summary
The Office Administrator at Allied Interior Solutions is the first point of contact for clients and visitors as they walk in the door. The role coordinates daily office operations, shipping logistics, sales, and accounting support. The candidate must be proactive, dependable, customer‑service oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
Essential Functions- Manage office supplies, breakroom inventory, and general office organization
- Provide administrative and accounting support, including expense reports, documentation, and record‑keeping
- Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support internal meetings
- Coordinate UPS/Fed Ex shipments, sample fulfillment, and shipping documentation
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Coordinate catering, meetings, and company events
- Maintain sample inventory and assist with inventory tracking and restocking
- Support project coordination, document organization, and material shipments
- Communicate with vendors and assist with operational support tasks as needed
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Professional and customer‑service‑oriented demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Administrative, logistics, inventory, or accounting support experience preferred
- Experience with shipping coordination and inventory management
- Familiarity with expense reporting and accounting support
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or related industries is a plus
This position supports a fast‑paced office environment requiring strong communication, organization, and collaboration across multiple departments.
Physical Demands- Primarily seated work
- Walking to production floor, may be hot depending on season
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
No travel required
