Automotive Reconditioning Administrator

Cox Automotive seeks an Automotive Reconditioning Administrator to coordinate and track vehicle reconditioning activities within our auction and remarketing operations. In this administrative role, you will create and update work orders, verify condition reports, schedule and monitor mechanical and cosmetic services, and ensure accurate data entry across multiple Cox systems. You will collaborate daily with technicians, vendors, and auction operations to meet timelines, control costs, and maintain quality standards.
