4th Annual Creative Connections Conference

This project is for marketing an event in April 2025 to benefit Women & Girls of Women Empowering Women. We need volunteers to get the word out to individuals using social media, making phone calls, and emails. We need volunteers to work short hours.

Marketing Volunteer

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and post on social media sites (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, and Google+) 3 or more times a day; 3 days a week per your schedule.
  • Monitor social media site and respond 3 days per week plus create Facebook ads if needed.
  • Create and update content of the website and Constant Contact as needed weekly.
  • Create flyers and other promotional material as needed.
  • Make phone calls to individuals and organizations informing them of the event. Provide sponsorship information if appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
