Wellness​/Activities Assistant

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate, creative, Full-Time Wellness Assistant to join our team providing engagement in our Memory Care. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging, and person-centered experiences for older adults in a skilled nursing memory care setting.

The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in leading programs that support the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational and spiritual well‑being of residents. This position works closely with residents, families, community partners, and team members to create a vibrant and purposeful environment.

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.
• Support resident engagement through creative programming, special events, wellness campaigns, and community involvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members.
• Promote a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all residents.

• Previous experience in senior living, long‑term care, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare life enrichment programming preferred.
• Ability to lead creative, meaningful, and resident‑centered programs.
• Compassionate, dependable, energetic, and team‑oriented.

Full time position of up to 32 hours;
Wednesday through Sunday schedule.
