Sales Recruiter – Desoto TX (Staffing Industry)
Base + Commission | $90K–$110K OTE
Time Line Staffing is hiring a Sales-Focused Recruiter who wants to build a career — not just fill a desk.

Compensation
$55,000 – $65,000 base
Uncapped commission on placements
New-account bonuses
Monthly payouts
Responsibilities
Recruit and place candidates
Build and manage client accounts
Meet weekly placement goals
Handle onboarding and follow-ups
Drive revenue through performance
Qualifications
College degree required
Sales or recruiting experience a plus
Strong communication & follow-through
Goal-driven and accountable
