• Basic recognition of Bill of Materials issues, ability to analyze order variance, aged WIP, material shortages and alternates. Working consistently with supervision and Engineering on solutions to day-to-day problems.
• Accountable for accurately creating, maintaining, releasing and reconciling production orders per the production schedule.
• Work closely with project management, engineers, team leads, technicians, material planners, Master Scheduler to analyze and monitor production material needs.
• Review and identify material shortages and load into the material shortage spreadsheet seven days out per the production schedule.
• Work with engineering to resolve NCMR’s and release rework orders and resolve bill of material issues.
  
  Reconcile production orders (aged WIP) within 5 days of delivery.
  
  Provide backup support for the material staging area. This support will require the production planners to stage the material for the build pits.

• 1+ years experience in production systems (Baan LN, Excel, MS applications) in a manufacturing or remanufacturing environment, preferably turbo machinery.
• Basic knowledge of well-established, standard professional principles, theories and concepts of CPS principles, Baan system, Production processes, material movement, warehousing and logistics.

• Lifting/moving of parts weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Sitting for prolonged periods of time with frequent breaks.
• View computer screen for prolonged hours with frequent breaks.
• Interface with internal, external suppliers and customers.

Summary Pay Range:

$51,674.00 - $77,510.00
