Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: (1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.

Must-Haves for the Job

• 2 years of experience with hand tools
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Experience using drills, tape measures, and small hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Safety-conscious and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Day-to-Day Grind

• Prepare framed panels for the foaming process
• Drill weep holes in panels
• Load and unload panels from the press using proper lifting techniques
• Operate walking stackers and utilize general hand tools
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Read and use tape measurements accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
