Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator
, you’ll move pallets and other materials through the warehouse, supporting production and loading/unloading trailers. You will also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets where required, playing a key role in keeping the site running smoothly.

$19.00/hr

• 3rd Shift Friday
  - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm
• 4th Shift Wednesday, Friday
  - Sunday 4:30pm - 3:00am

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging areas using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to safety procedures at all times
• Hand-sorting wooden pallets when required
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1-3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment
• Effective communication skills
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulates
• Repetitive motion required (bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, sit) while operating forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths
• PPE required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing 50–75 lbs
