As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Williamsburg Village Healthcare Campus, you will work an 8‑hour shift providing residents with personal care, supporting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for its achievements and contributions.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner that promotes safety and comfort and is consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support residents’ greatest possible independence.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions and needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in implementing care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and transfer of residents per established policies.
• Be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
