Optum Care Network – Well Med – Seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join in DeSoto, TX.

• Lead a multi‑disciplinary team of healthcare providers
• Provide comprehensive, efficient, and proven care techniques addressing physical, mental, and social needs at each visit
• Earn bonus incentives based on quality metrics

• Base salary plus quality bonus; total cash compensation generally ranges from $109,500 to $164,000

• Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or Physician Assistant license by the Texas State Medical Board
• Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment

• A working understanding and support of a managed care environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
