We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and income.
What You’ll Do- Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
- Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts

- Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales is commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
LocationYou can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field of your team region.

Required qualifications for this role:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
