This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Commissioned Officer located in DeSoto, TX. Responsibilities include performing patrol duties, maintaining situational awareness, and ensuring the security of assigned sites. Additional tasks may involve responding to incidents, upholding protocols, conducting safety inspections, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver high‑quality security services. Officers may also provide support in training and administrative documentation as needed to meet operational standards.

• Skills in Security and Training, with a focus on operational safety, situational awareness, and adherence to security protocols
• Experience with Maintenance and Electricity, demonstrating ability to identify and resolve basic infrastructure or equipment issues
• Knowledge of Construction principles that might be beneficial in understanding site layouts or operational parameters
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with colleagues and clients
• Texas Commissioned Officer License (or eligibility to obtain one) is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are advantageous
