Security Flex Officer - Hospital

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing individuals to the appropriate department or location when needed;
Assist with de-escalation support and follow post orders for healthcare environments, helping to address disruptive behavior, unattended items, and/or other site-specific concerns with professionalism and respect
