Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Houston/Austin and San Antonio
Texas area. The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of Single‑family projects.
** This position will be working out of the Houston/Austin and San Antonio Area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery and installation with clients, Install inspections and QC inspections.
- Field Measures, Drive box truck to make deliveries as well as load and unload cabinets.
- Hire new sub‑contractors.
- Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
- Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues.
- Attend client mandated meeting as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
- Commit to being highly visible on job sites.

Requirements and
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of construction experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
- Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
