Internship or Practicum

YPIC is seeking motivated and compassionate interns who are passionate about youth development, behavioral health, counseling, social services, or community outreach. Interns will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment while contributing to programs that positively impact children and families. This opportunity is ideal for students or emerging professionals seeking practical experience in mental health, counseling, case management, administration, or youth mentorship services.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Healthcare, Human Services, or a related field

Passion for youth mentorship, behavioral health, and community impact

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Team-oriented with a positive and compassionate mindset
