Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sunday – Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Thursday – Saturday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM. Local yard position | Home daily.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a yard goat/yard hostler with an automatic transmission
• Move containers and 53′ trailers within the yard
• No touch freight
• No unloading
• Move trailers/containers between the dock door and yard locations
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Exit the yard mule and chock rear trailer wheels during loading operations
• Verify trailers are clear before moving equipment
• Move approximately 30–50 trailers/containers per shift
• Pulling containers from dock doors, relocating trailers within the yard, frequent backing, and following all customer safety procedures
• Must be comfortable using onboard computer systems and working independently in a busy yard environment

Driving Requirements:

• 22+ years of age
• Valid license
• DOT medical card
• FMCSA clearinghouse registered and clear
• MVR 1 year of yard hostling experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
