• Monday - Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM | $20/04/hr.
• Friday - Sunday | 6;00 AM - 6:00 PM | $20.29/hr.
• Friday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $20.79/hr.
• Must be able to train on a different shift for 1 week

As a Stand Up Reach Operator in Dallas, you're the backbone of the operation. You'll stack it, store it, and move it like a pro. Quick reflexes, smooth hands, and solid teamwork keep the freight moving and the day flying by.

Before You Grab the Controls

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating a Crown stand-up reach truck (required).
• Valid forklift certification preferred (training/testing may be provided onsite).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . consistently and stand for 10-12 hours per shift.
• Basic math and reading skills for product identification and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Safely operate Crown stand-up reach trucks to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and stage pallets of merchandise in designated storage areas.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and order picking tasks using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Inspect equipment before and after use; report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling and storing goods.
• Maintain accuracy when pulling, scanning, and placing inventory.
• Ensure aisles, docks, and work areas remain organized and hazard-free.
• Support team productivity goals while meeting individual performance standards.
• Comply with all safety regulations and facility guidelines.
