Position:
Group Lead IC Coordinator
Shift: First Shift
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $22.90
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system.
- Research, analyze, and resolve inventory variances, root causes, and discrepancies.
- Support and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Train, coach, and support inventory control team members and warehouse associates.
- Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and report findings to leadership.
- Partner with Operations to prevent and resolve inventory issues.
- Assist with physical inventory and year‑end counts.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce shrink, damage, and mis‑picks.
- Act as escalation point for inventory‑related issues during daily operations.
Maintain clean, hazard‑free work areas and follow OSHA guidelines.

Physically reconcile and verify raw and finished goods inventory of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL (half of the time is spent on compiling and analyzing reports and the other half completing the physical inventory).
Act as the interface between customer support, suppliers, and customer management on inventory issues for resolution; this is key for accurate cycle count, auditing and financial reporting.
Assign work schedules, train associates, and monitor associates’ progress.
Key Accountabilities- Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.
- Reconcile and enter data into customer’s system of record and the WM system.
- Analyze data and transactions for root‑cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor and key data for several in‑transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
- Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
- Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate between customer support, suppliers, and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
- Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
- Conduct training for new associates.
- Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self‑corrected.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1–3 years of warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system.
- Working experience with cycle count and inventory control.
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex.
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory.
