Allegiance Staffing is seeking a Pick/Pack Lead for their DeSoto, TX distribution center. This role is responsible for leading the shipping process, ensuring accurate order picking and packing, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, with expertise in high-volume shipping, UPS and Fed Ex software, and strong organizational skills. Monday to Friday, with competitive pay ranging from $18–$21 per hour.
