Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations in our Destin office
. This is a fully on-site role and requires consistent in-office presence during scheduled hours. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, able to take direction well, and comfortable working in a structured environment while supporting leadership and multiple departments. This position starts part-time with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week
, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations:
    Manage daily in-office administrative functions to ensure an organized, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Direction & Follow-Through:
    Receive direction from leadership and execute tasks accurately and on time.
  • Scheduling & Calendars:
    Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and in-office visitors.
  • Document Management:
    Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with attention to confidentiality.
  • Meeting Support:
    Schedule, prepare materials for, and assist with meetings.
  • Travel Coordination:
    Book and manage travel arrangements for company personnel.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Perform accurate data entry and generate reports as requested.
  • Expense Processing:
    Track and process expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Office Maintenance:
    Monitor office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
  • Team Support:
    Provide administrative assistance across departments as needed.
Required Qualifications & Expectations
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Prior administrative or office support experience (preferred)
  • Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent punctuality.
  • Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
