Destin, FL (On-Site Position)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations in our Destin office
. This is a fully on-site role and requires consistent in-office presence during scheduled hours. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, able to take direction well, and comfortable working in a structured environment while supporting leadership and multiple departments. This position starts part-time with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week
, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance.
- Office Operations:
Manage daily in-office administrative functions to ensure an organized, professional, and efficient work environment. - Direction & Follow-Through:
Receive direction from leadership and execute tasks accurately and on time. - Scheduling & Calendars:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments. - Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and in-office visitors. - Document Management:
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with attention to confidentiality. - Meeting Support:
Schedule, prepare materials for, and assist with meetings. - Travel Coordination:
Book and manage travel arrangements for company personnel. - Data & Reporting:
Perform accurate data entry and generate reports as requested. - Expense Processing:
Track and process expense reports in accordance with company policies. - Office Maintenance:
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and general office organization. - Team Support:
Provide administrative assistance across departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior administrative or office support experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and consistent punctuality.
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Hourly pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on experience.
- Guaranteed 30 hours per week to start.
