Goodyear - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose technical issues in automotive service center and deliver outstanding guest service;
Perform line technician services including routine inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid flushes, wheel alignments, and tire installation;
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians;
Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management;
Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care during operating hours
