Candidates can be based anywhere between Panama City and Pensacola.

Job Description:

This client is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales / business development and estimation within the construction or restoration industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exterior restoration market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
• Prepare and deliver estimates to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company s growth objectives.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction or restoration industry.
• Strong understanding of exterior restoration services, such as concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade restoration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
