Creative TeamOur Creative Team serves all six campuses from our studio located at our Destin Campus, just one block from the beach. We are a collaborative, fun, and highly creative team that loves supporting ministry through storytelling, design, and excellence.
Job OverviewWe are currently looking to add Graphic Designers and Videographers to our Creative Team.
About the RoleThe Graphic Designer/Videographer will help support ministries across all Destiny Worship Center campuses by creating engaging and effective visual communication. From sermon series branding and social media content to signage, merchandise, and print materials, this role helps communicate the message and mission of the church through creative excellence.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys serving ministry leaders through creativity and problem-solving. The Graphic Designer/Videographer works closely with regional ministry leaders and the rest of the Creative Team to bring ideas to life and maintain consistent branding across every campus.
Primary Responsibilities- Design graphics and video for sermon series, events, social media, merchandise, print materials, signage, and other ministry initiatives.
- Maintain and protect Destiny Worship Center's branding standards across all projects.
- Collaborate with regional ministry leaders and staff to support campuses and ministries with creative solutions.
- Manage projects and deadlines through project management software.
- Reformat and adapt designs for various screen sizes, print formats, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Prepare files for print and communicate specifications and deadlines with outside vendors.
- Create graphics for projects including postcards, t‑shirts, stickers, stage designs, signage, feather flags, window graphics, and more.
- Work alongside the video team to develop creative elements and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Contribute ideas and solutions during creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Research design trends, vendors, and best practices to continually improve the quality of projects.

- Prepare production‑ready files for print.
- Communicate specifications and timelines with vendors.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all printed materials.
- Work closely with creative team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
- Support ministries and campuses through excellent communication and collaboration.
- You have 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
- You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and industry-standard creative software.
- You are comfortable working within brand guidelines.
- Experience with project management software is required, with Wrike experience preferred.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with clients and managing expectations.
- You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- You are creative and naturally bring ideas and solutions to the table.
- You are resourceful and enjoy learning new skills and researching best practices.
- You are collaborative and work well in team environments.
- You are humble, teachable, and value healthy feedback.
- You can maintain healthy boundaries and communicate expectations professionally.
