Holiday Isle is seeking a dedicated Assistant Guest Service Manager to join our team in beautiful Destin, FL. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting a collaborative, high-performing team. You will serve as a key connection between our guests and operations, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to thoughtful, attentive service.
Working closely with the front desk team and onsite managers, you will assist with reservations, address guest concerns, and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless guest stays from arrival to departure. RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and support the front desk team while partnering closely with onsite managers to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service.
- Serve as the central point of contact for guest services information, communication, and operational support.
- Manage reservations, dispatch, on-call services, and escalated guest concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee guest complaints, coordinate resolution efforts, and manage appropriate guest compensation when needed.
- Supervise phone systems, monitor call quality standards, and provide coaching to enhance customer service performance.
- Provide backup coverage for complex calls and escalated issues during after-hours periods.
- Ensure compliance with Rental Management Agreements and honor special arrangements with property owners.
- Deliver items to guest units as needed to enhance comfort and overall satisfaction.
- 2 years experience in hospitality or short term rentals required
- High school diploma
- Valid Driver s license and reliable transportation
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $24.00
